African Development Law Centre - Nigeria (International Law Institute)

The African Development Law Centre is a member of the ILI-Washington’s global network of regional centers that operate in Kampala, Uganda and Cairo, Egypt. The ADLC has a small professional and support staff at its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria and with guidance of its Advisory and Governing Boards and cooperation from its global network of centers it provides training and technical assistance to find practical solutions to the legal, economic and financial problems of developing countries. The Institute plans courses every year including specially tailored programs for government, private sector and multilateral organizations. The Institute has the capacity to advise public and private organizations in many areas, including among others, specific negotiations and special assignments, such as drafting of agreements, focused studies, revision of regulations, contract standardization, legislative drafting, procurement, and project management and execution.
